The Problem

Fulfilled had a great product and a real story, but their digital presence didn't reflect either. The site looked like a generic Shopify theme, the brand voice was inconsistent across packaging and web, and customers were leaving the homepage before they ever saw a product.

What We Did

We rebuilt the brand from the cup up:

  • Designed a brand system — type, color, photography direction, and voice — that holds up on a bag, on a billboard, and on a phone.
  • Built a conversion-focused e-commerce site with a hero that sells, a product grid that ranks, and a brand story page that feels like a magazine spread.
  • Wrote and shot original photography to replace stock and stand out in a crowded specialty-coffee market.
